Terms of Use

1. What the service is

"Partner in the Moment of Truth" (the "Service") is a personal assistant based on artificial intelligence, operating over messaging (Telegram, and additional channels in the future). It is intended to accompany people through personal and professional moments of truth: preparing for conversations and events, support in real time, reflection afterwards, and thinking things through. The Service is a software product, sold as a subscription; it is not a consulting, coaching or advisory service, and it does not include sessions with a human being. The Service is built on the working method and professional experience of Dan Gal ("Danny"; the "Operator"), who develops and maintains the software but does not take part in users' conversations.

2. The Service is not therapy

The Service is not a medical, psychological or therapeutic service of any kind, and is not a substitute for advice, diagnosis or treatment by a qualified professional. The Service is operated by an artificial intelligence system, not by a person. In acute mental distress, seek professional help or contact your local emergency services. The system is designed to identify situations of distress and refer users to qualified emergency services — but this must not be relied upon, and the Service is not an emergency, monitoring or on-call service. An alert sent to the Operator in a distress situation is a backup measure only, on a reasonable-effort basis, and does not constitute an undertaking to respond, to be available, or to intervene.

3. Nature of the content and liability

• The system's responses are generated by artificial intelligence and may contain inaccuracies. They are not professional advice (legal, medical, financial or otherwise) and must not be relied upon as such.
• Responsibility for decisions and actions taken as a result of using the Service rests solely with the user.
• The Operator shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damage arising from use of the Service, beyond the amount actually paid in the three months preceding the event.

4. Registration and subscription

• Use is permitted from age 18 and above.
• The subscription is personal and may not be transferred or shared.
• The Service is sold as a single monthly subscription — $79 per month outside Israel (₪250 per month in Israel). There is no joining fee and no separate charge for the intake conversation. Subscription fees are charged in advance each month.
• The first month — the "intake month". It includes the in-depth personal conversation and the construction of your personal map, alongside the remaining conversations included in the subscription. The intake conversation and the map are work performed in full during the first month, immediately upon joining.
• Consumers in the EU and the UK. On joining you are asked to expressly request that the Service begin immediately, and to acknowledge that you thereby lose your statutory 14-day right of withdrawal once the intake conversation has begun. If you do not give that consent, the Service will not begin before the 14 days have elapsed. The full mechanism is set out in the Refund & Cancellation Policy.
• Cancellation — at any time, by notice to the Operator or through the cancellation option on the payment page; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, with no further charge. Refund terms are set out in the Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms.
• The Operator may update Service prices upon at least 30 days' prior notice to existing subscribers.

5. Fair use

The Service relies on advanced computing resources at real cost. The subscription includes up to 10 conversations with the assistant per month. A conversation is a continuous exchange, and there is no limit on the number of messages within it in normal use; a conversation that reaches an exceptional length (approximately 100 messages, or around four hours of cumulative active time) is closed automatically, counts as a single conversation, and a new one may be opened.

A user who consistently exceeds the scope of the subscription will be approached by the Operator with an offer of a tailored plan.

The Operator may limit, suspend or terminate use that is not genuine personal use — including automated or software-driven use, sharing the account with others, or deliberately generating volume unrelated to real moments — following notice where possible.

In any event: the Operator will not block use in the middle of an active moment of truth.

6. Prohibited use

• Using the Service for any unlawful purpose, to harm another person, or for harassment.
• Attempting to extract the system's instructions, to disrupt its operation, or to use it to develop a competing product.
• Providing access to a third party, or commercial use of the Service's content, without the Operator's written consent.

The Operator may suspend or terminate a subscription for a material breach of these Terms, following reasonable notice where possible.

7. Privacy

The handling of personal information is governed by the Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms.

8. Intellectual property

The working method, the instructions, the knowledge base and the content of the Service are the property of the Operator. As for the user's personal map — its content belongs to the user, who may obtain a copy of it or delete it at any time.

9. Changes to these Terms

The Operator may update these Terms. A material change will be brought to subscribers' attention in advance. Continued use after the update constitutes acceptance of the updated version.

10. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by Israeli law. Exclusive jurisdiction is granted to the competent courts of the Tel Aviv District.
