Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Cancelling a subscription

You may cancel at any time — by writing to the Operator (danny@dannygal.com), by writing to the system itself, or through the cancellation option on the payment page. No explanation is required, and there is no penalty or minimum commitment period.

Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period: the service remains available to you until the end of the month already paid for, and no further charge will be made after that.

2. The first month — the intake month

In the first month, the subscription includes the in-depth intake conversation and the construction of your personal map. This is work performed in full immediately upon joining, and it is the central value of that month.

Therefore: once the intake conversation has begun, the first month's fee is not refundable — even if the subscription is cancelled during that month. The map that was built remains yours after cancellation.

If you have not yet begun the intake conversation, you are entitled to a full refund, on a request sent within 14 days of joining.

2a. Customers in the EU and the UK — your 14-day right of withdrawal

If you are a consumer in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you have a statutory right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days, without giving a reason.

Because this Service is supplied digitally and immediately, that right interacts with immediate delivery as follows:

• When you subscribe, you are asked to expressly request that the Service begin immediately, and to acknowledge that once the intake conversation has begun you will lose your right of withdrawal for that first month. Your answer is recorded.
• If you do not give that consent, the Service will simply not begin before the 14 days have passed, and you may withdraw at any point during them and receive a full refund.
• If you do give that consent and then withdraw before the intake conversation begins, you receive a full refund.
• If you give that consent and the intake conversation has begun, the first month is not refundable, as set out in section 2 above — this is the consequence you acknowledged.

From the second month onwards, each renewal is a new billing period and section 3 applies.

3. Subsequent months

From the second month onwards, a month that has begun and in which the service was used is not refundable. A month that was charged and in which no use was made at all will be refunded in full on request, if the request is sent within 14 days of the charge.

4. A full refund in any case of fault or error

• A duplicate or incorrect charge — refunded in full, immediately on request.
• A charge that continued after cancellation — refunded in full.
• A prolonged technical fault that prevented you from using the service — a proportional or full refund, according to the extent of the disruption.
• Discontinuation of the service by the Operator — a proportional refund for the period paid for and not used.

5. How to request a refund

Write to danny@dannygal.com with your name and the approximate date of the charge. We will respond within 5 business days. An approved refund is made to the same payment method used for the charge, within 14 days of approval.

6. Payments from outside Israel

Payments from outside Israel are processed through an external payment provider acting as Merchant of Record. In such cases that provider's own refund policy may also apply alongside this one — and in any conflict between them, the term more favourable to the customer shall prevail.
