Privacy Policy
"Partner in the Moment of Truth" · Last updated: August 2026
Our three commitments, in plain language:
- By default, no human reads your conversations — not even Danny.
- If you ask for deletion, everything is deleted.
- Zero secondary use: your conversations do not train models and are never handed to anyone.
1. Who we are
The Service "Partner in the Moment of Truth" is operated by Dan Gal ("Danny"; the "Operator"). For privacy matters: danny@dannygal.com.
2. What information is collected
- Conversation content — your messages and the responses the system gave.
- Your personal map — the summary of the intake that the system built about you, with your approval.
- A technical user identifier — your account identifier on the messaging platform (for example, Telegram) and the name you chose. The Service does not require an identity document, an address or financial details (payments are processed by a secure external payment provider, and your card details never reach us).
- Technical usage data — timing and volume of conversations, for operations, billing and quality.
3. What the information is used for
- Providing the service itself — continuity between conversations and your personal map are the heart of the product.
- Safety — identifying acute distress in order to refer you to help.
- Operations and billing.
And nothing else. Your conversations are not used to train models, are not sold, and are not passed to advertising or marketing parties.
4. Who can see your conversations
- By default: no human being. Conversations are processed by the system alone.
- When joining, you may choose to allow the Operator to read your conversations in order to improve the service — by explicit consent, which can be withdrawn at any time.
- Safety exception: in a situation of acute distress, the system sends the Operator an alert containing the user's identity only — never the content of the conversation — so that human help can be offered. This is the only exception, and it exists for your benefit.
5. Where the information is stored and who processes it
- Data is stored on a secure cloud server (Google Cloud, USA) with restricted access.
- Responses are generated using Anthropic (provider of the Claude language model), under its commercial terms, which do not permit it to use the content to train models.
- The messaging platform (Telegram and similar) is subject to its own privacy policy — we recommend that you read it.
6. Your rights
- Access — to receive a copy of your personal map and your conversations.
- Correction — to request a correction of information in the map (and in practice, the system asks for your approval of the map on an ongoing basis).
- Deletion — to request full deletion of all information: conversations, map, identifiers. Deletion is carried out within 14 days, except for information that must be retained by law (for example, billing records).
To exercise these rights, directly inside the conversation and without asking anyone: the command /export immediately sends you all of your data (map, memories and conversations), and the command /delete permanently deletes them after confirmation. You may also write to the Operator: danny@dannygal.com.
7. Information security
Access to the server is restricted and encrypted; communications are encrypted (TLS); security measures are reviewed and improved on an ongoing basis. That said, no system is entirely immune — we will notify you without delay of any material security incident affecting your information.
8. Changes to this policy
A material update to this policy will be brought to subscribers' attention in advance. The date of the last update appears at the top of this page.
